Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Apex Options website and the introduction and project-management services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

1. About us

Apex Options Ltd ("Apex Options", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in the United Kingdom. We operate the website at apexoptions.co.uk and provide IT vendor introductions and project-management services.

To contact us, email info@apexoptions.co.uk.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. What our service is, and what it is not

Apex Options is an intermediary. We source IT vendors from our network, deliver shortlists and quotes, and (where you choose) manage the delivery of a project end-to-end. We do not directly perform the technical work of the vendor in most cases.

3.1 The 30-minute response promise

We commit to acknowledging every inbound brief within 30 minutes, day or night. The acknowledgement is a human reply confirming we have received your enquiry and outlining next steps. It is not itself a quote, scope or commitment to provide services.

3.2 Vendor introductions

We use reasonable skill and care in selecting and shortlisting vendors, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, delivery time, or quality of work by a vendor. Where you contract directly with a vendor, your contract is with that vendor and they are responsible for performing it.

3.3 Project management

Where you engage Apex Options to project-manage a delivery, our scope, fees and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written engagement letter or statement of work. These terms apply alongside that document; the engagement letter prevails in case of conflict.

4. Quotes and pricing

Quotes shared with you are estimates based on information available at the time. They are not binding until both you and the relevant party (Apex Options or the vendor) have signed a written agreement. Pricing may change if scope changes.

5. Your information and confidentiality

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. When you share commercially sensitive information with us in a brief, we treat it as confidential and only disclose it to vendors you ask us to introduce. Where you require a non-disclosure agreement before sharing further detail, we will sign one on request.

6. Intellectual property

The website, including text, design, logos, code and visual assets, is owned by Apex Options Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view it, print pages for personal reference, and share links to it. You may not republish content or reuse the Apex Options brand without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and content

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any loss arising from your use of them.

8. Disclaimers

We provide the website "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any third-party content shown on the site.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

10. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, or for legal or security reasons. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, IP, and governing law) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer based elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
