What does your facilities management cover?

Do you cover residential developments and multi-site estates?
Yes. We work with residential and mixed-use developments, offices, serviced apartments, hospitality, retail and multi-site organisations across the UK.
Do you offer out-of-hours emergency cover?
Yes. Out-of-hours and emergency cover can be included in your contract, with attendance times for urgent issues agreed in writing.
Are you the contractor or the manager?
Both, depending on the work. Your contract is with Apex Options Ltd. We deliver directly and through vetted specialist contractors that we schedule, quality check and manage.
